AMD today released an off-branch version of AMD Software Adrenalin that comes with optimization for "The Last of Us: Part 1." This driver is technically a beta, and is not a part of the regular release trunk for Adrenalin. It comes with the version number 22.40.43.05. Besides the sole game optimization, the driver does not pack any "fixed issues" load. The company did, however, identify a few new issues with this release, which it acknowledged in the list below.

Sony optimized the game so bad you can't even get decent performance with a 4090, it's also unplayable since it crashes all the time.

They made the game so bad for PC that people will be forced to get a PS5 to play the game

The perfect market strategy to sell more PS5

Or just wait for them to patch it and don't by games day 1.

This has been the same song and dance for the last 10+ years.

Its like people don't listen and just buy crap and want to complain when the writing has been on the wall forever.

Do not buy first generation hardware and do not buy games on day 1 and if you do accept the suffering that comes with it.
