I don't think this one is entirely an open frame because it still tries to resemble a tower, but on actual open frames (such as my MasterFrame 700), you'll be quite pleased to know that cleaning it is particularly easy. It doesn't accumulate dust like regular PC cases, as it doesn't have corners and crevices, dust filters etc., all I do is take my PC outside and dust it with the compressor, it comes off looking like I just built it.
