Half an hour? Sure, if that's not including OS install, and I don't need to do any cable management.

If it's including OS install, it can depend on the drive and OS.

The PC's in the pics are the awards. No way hardlines are run that fast. Plus you are trying for the fastest time you are not building a loop.
