Before retiring I could easily knock out two builds during a one hour staff meeting plus keep track of and contribute to the meeting. I did it several times to alleviate boredom.

Half an hour? Sure, if that's not including OS install, and I don't need to do any cable management.

If it's including OS install, it can depend on the drive and OS.

The PC's in the pics are the awards. No way hardlines are run that fast. Plus you are trying for the fastest time you are not building a loop.
