Has anyone checked if videos in Google Photos are upscaled? This would be nice for stuff uploaded with "space saver". Photos uses the same player as YouTube so it should work but I won't be able to check for a while.

Yup, just look it up on Nvidia Profile Inspector and you'll see the driver is profiled and aware of the game

Remember The Finals is being made by a studio founded by Patrick Soderlund, the EA executive who said "If you don't like it don't buy it" which damaged the Battlefield brand and was eventually "fired" by EA few months later. He also is confirmed by the founders of Slightly Mad Studios to have tried to destroy the studio after Shift 3 was cancelled(founders talked about this in a podcast years ago). He then knowing this before telling them had started to poach their best talent. Slightly Mad almost went bankrupt and closed down but at the last minute Bandai Namco saved them when they published Project Cars, sadly they eventually got bought out by Codemasters and in one of the most ironic moments in gaming history EA bought Codemasters a few years later!!!
Just want to give out facts before people give this guy any money.

Did you ever try madVR with MPC-HC for content like this? It was a game changer re-watching old shows for me in the past (especially with the abilities like setting the refresh rate to match the video frame rate when used with a TV)

Yes tried that but no bueno on any of the 5 browsers I experimented with, Chrome(dev & beta) nor FF(nightly or ESR) & not on Edge either.

madVR can do just as good without maxing out the wattage of your GPU, and has been doing it for years.
