Buy only Dragon Range systems if you need one. It's much faster than the top Raptor Lake SKU, even at 130W. At nomimal 55W, it's 30% faster. No brainer.
Dragon Range CPUs scale much, much better in power-to-performance ratio, which is not suprising because those are desktop parts adapted for laptops.
