I am curious what the performance of these is. They are bases on the new Asetek Gen8 :) Paired with a set of T30's they should perform really well.

We'll just have to wait to see how they perform after a third party reviewer tests it thoroughly.

For sure, the typical 240mm AIO can handle most consumer CPUs with little fanfare. It's really only the owners of the high-end power hungry, thermal CPU monsters that will see much benefit (mostly in fan acoustics).

Asetek 8 has been out for awhile now, I’m sure GN has reviewed one already. Really we’re only talking about better fans than any other Asetek offerings so what, 2-3* at sane noise levels?

The D30 are not gen 8, I checked the manual, and the mounting hardware is different. ATM Gen 8 is only used on expensive high-end AIO, from Asus/phanteks/Lian-li. All the budget offerings at Computex used a different OEM...it seems that those new pumps are expensive even business side.

Looks exactly like the T30 to me, which @Kirederf linked to above, but I have not been paying attention as closely as you have so I could be wrong!

Yes indeed. The pump specs are also different. Also, the product page of the T30 v2 it is mentioned several times it's an Asetek Gen8 AIO. On the D30's product page, there is no mention of this..
