I doubt handhelds will get this, considering this is a 45 W APU.
Not an intial launch of a console but the longevity of a console does mean towards the end of its lifespan it may get very close in performance even with only that power budget. Remember an Xbox series S only has 20 CUs of RDNA2 @ 1.5Ghz clock speed

He meant hand helds, as this is clearly way too weak for proper consoles, this wouldn't even rival the performance of a Xbox Series S, which has more shaders and way more bandwidth through GDDR6 ram.

oh 100% its not fit for consoles, but I was aluding to Current/Next gen APUs getting up there with console like performance in a <50 watt power envelope.
