I wouldn't try it. Bare die cooling is very hard to do without made to order parts due to the fact that it's such a fragile part and so easy to damage. I've cracked and chipped my fair share of CPUs in the past even with hsf/blocks that were specifically made for bare chips. So no, I wouldn't suggest trying it. There's nothing worse than hearing that heart wrenching "CRUNCH" while tightening your block down on a brand new CPU.

I can respect that for sure. I like the i9-13000ks processor.

I reached out to EK and said you can use this is for anything. From day-to-day use to rendering. If I understand correctly. This block and tecnology allow for lower cooling without the considentation. Regardless of the task.

I feel like you're misunderstanding a lot of how this cooling works.

This article is about a TEC cooler, while the image above is just a plain metal waterblock.

I get it and I understand. They are totally different. Someone above spoke about direct die, so I wanted to see if possible. That is it.

Always possible, almost always requires modified mounting systems. Any over tightening means a dead CPU, so it'll never be something said is directly supported because then the manufacturer takes on the risks

Thanks. EKWB sells a complete Direct Die block and kit for adjusting the CPU.
But I am not sure if I personally would have the nerves to do it.
Someone like me would send my processor directly to EKWB and see if they would do it directly. So that I do not mess up a good thing. Especially since they make all the parts and pieces.
