Atleast allow for anyone to enter, unless they cannot provide a valid US/CA address in that case only move onto next winner. I have entered with giveaway once but I needed to provide US address due to shipping restrictions and I had more than couple where prize could be shipped.

Good luck to those that enter, Personally the form-factor is not for me (too much desk space) and paradoxically it doesn't fit my cooler (liquid freezer 420).
