Ah, I see what you mean. Where Nvidia improved on the 4060s over the 3060s is the RT and DLSS performance which at 4k is a solid 15% better. But let's not get off-topic..

...and more importantly use less space. Equally important, while the rest of the industry seeks to minimize or shrink for many reasons, the gpu market is suffering from the jacked-up pick'em'up truck syndrome, not unlike penis envy.
