EK, the renowned premium liquid cooling pioneer, proudly announces the debut of its latest masterpiece, the EK-Quantum Momentum² Aorus Z790 Master X D-RGB - Plexi. This monoblock is expertly designed for the Intel LGA 1700 socket and engineered with precision for seamless integration with the GIGABYTE Z790 AORUS MASTER X motherboard. The monoblock's addressable D-RGB LED effortlessly harmonizes with Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0 control, providing comprehensive lighting customization for each diode and ensuring a dynamic visual spectacle. This monoblock is also fully compatible with EK-Matrix7, further enhancing its versatility within EK's liquid cooling ecosystem.

EK-Quantum Momentum² Aorus Z790 Master X D-RGB - Plexi
This is a complete all-in-one (CPU and motherboard) liquid cooling solution for Intel's 12th, 13th, and 14th Gen processors. The monoblock seamlessly aligns with the LGA 1700 socket on the Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Master X motherboard. The monoblock's unique design, incorporating a specialized metal cover over the I/O section, is noteworthy. This cover serves a dual purpose: it facilitates the mounting of the stock I/O cover without compromising the factory-intended RGB lighting of the motherboard while also functioning as an elegant stand for the original LCD screen.

Velocity² Cooling Engine
Powered by the latest generation EK Velocity² cooling engine, this monoblock excels in CPU cooling without compromising flow to other components. Specifically engineered for the Intel Raptor Lake CPU and VRM section, liquid flows directly over critical areas, making it an ideal choice for enthusiasts seeking high and stable overclocks. True to EK's commitment to design excellence, the EK-Quantum Momentum² Aorus Z790 Master X boasts a high-flow design, making it compatible with weaker water pumps or lower pump speed settings.

High-End Materials
Crafted with precision, the monoblock base is made of nickel-plated electrolytic copper, ensuring efficient heat transfer, while the top is constructed from quality cast acrylic material. Pre-installed nickel-plated brass screw-in standoffs allow for easy installation, streamlining the setup process for users.

Sophisticated D-RGB Integration
The monoblock features sophisticated D-RGB lighting with 20 LEDs, offering a customizable lighting experience for every diode at any given time. The lighting connects seamlessly to Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0 control, providing users with unparalleled customization options. A Digital (addressable) 3-pin 5 V D-RGB LED strip is installed in the monoblock, connecting to the motherboard's 3-pin LED header, or it can be connected to any other supported 5 V 3-pin LED controller. The arrow marking on the 3-pin D-RGB LED connector is to be aligned with the +5V marking on the addressable D-RGB header.

EK-Matrix7 Support
Certified as an EK-Matrix7 product, the EK-Quantum Momentum² Aorus Z790 Master X D-RGB - Plexi adheres to the EK-Matrix7 standard - a groundbreaking framework that redefines PC liquid cooling. With precise 7 mm increments governing product height and port distance, this innovation simplifies product alignment, significantly reducing loop planning and tube bending time. Thanks to meticulous product design and planning, liquid-cooling enthusiasts can now revel in the seamless experience of constructing a liquid-cooled PC, akin to effortlessly assembling toy bricks.

You can always search EK's Custom Loop Configurator database for compatible water blocks. New graphics cards and motherboards are being added to the list daily.

Availability and Pricing
EK-Quantum Momentum² Aorus Z790 Master X D-RGB - Plexi monoblock is made in Slovenia, Europe, and is now available for pre-order through EK Webshop and Partner Reseller Network. This Quantum Line monoblock will start shipping in early February 2024. The table below shows the manufacturer-suggested retail price (MSRP), VAT included:

Hi,
Ek has dropped some prices on the magnitude line making this mono block seem like a pretty good deal.

I would like to see a solid nickel version of this for the MSI 790i ITX motherboard; CLEAN!

IT would also be, nice if they accept special orders for stuff like this. I would imagine EK has done the homework on a lot of their motherboards and this exact block. But due to supply, demand, and profit. It is not always the best to just sling the product out.
