Maybe with next Gen CPUs from both parties.
What we've seen so far with DDR5 are very slow improvements. But while some people can make good use of 256 GB of "slow" RAM, which is more than before, others will be happy to get 128 GB of fast RAM with just two sticks, which also is more than before.

Well, considering that 128GB doesn't work beyond 3600, this is beyond useless. How about improving memory stability and speeds, or perhaps allow for 4 DIMMS at advertised speeds, before we waste time on a capacity that only a handful of people will ever use? I have the exact motherboard that ASRock showcased this new feature on and it doesn't even do 128GB past 3600, so I highly doubt this will work well.

To provide 256GB on 4 bars with a 6000 Speed as shown will be a problem for Asus. The Voltage of the channels is higher that Asus offers for 4 Bars on their mainboards. They request a voltage of equal or below 1,25V on AM5 boards. They will run with a maximum of a 5600 speed because there the Bars don't need more voltage as seen on the picture of the article.
