The Mercury M1 Pro: Dual Editions, Hold Victory In Your Hands
Unparalleled Strength and Lightness Magnesium alloy, renowned for its remarkable strength-to-weight ratio, offers the M1 Pro a robust yet lightweight frame. This advanced material ensures that the mouse is not only durable enough to withstand the rigors of intense gaming sessions but also light enough to facilitate swift, effortless movements.

  • The Battle-Worn Silver Mist: This variant is a marvel of craftsmanship, featuring a handcrafted magnesium alloy body with a unique hollowed-out design for enhanced grip and airflow. It comes equipped with both 1K and 4K dongles, offering unparalleled connectivity and responsiveness.

  • TUROSPEED Wireless Technology for versatile connectivity
  • Customizable GLOWSYNC RGB lighting
  • Fully 5 programmable buttons for a tailored gaming experience

The Mercury M2: Redefining Gaming Ergonomics

The Mercury M2 Gaming Mouse introduces an innovative hollowed-out design, weighing a mere 79 g. This design not only stands out visually but also ensures optimal airflow, keeping the gamer's hand cool and comfortable during extended gaming sessions. Key features include:
  • A 1K Hz polling rate and a 26,000 DPI sensor for razor-sharp accuracy
  • Versatile connectivity options including ultra-fast 2.4G, Bluetooth, and wired modes
  • Five dynamic LIGHTSYNC RGB modes
  • Programmable buttons for complete control over gaming strategies.

"In creating the Mercury M1 Pro and M2, my vision was to transcend the ordinary boundaries of gaming peripherals," says Yong Huang, Founder of GravaStar. "These mice are more than just tools; they are an embodiment of the gamer's spirit. My approach was not solely focused on functionality but on crafting an extension of the gamer's own persona. The unique bio-inspired design of these mice, which emphasizes both aesthetics and ergonomics, is a direct reflection of this vision.

I have always believed that the details make the product. This belief drove the innovative hollowed-out, curved structure of the Mercury series, ensuring that each mouse is not only visually striking but also perfectly contoured to the gamer's hand."

It's not listed on this release or on the official site, but I found a video review showing the M1 Pro weighs 85g. Kind of unacceptable in 2024, especially if you're actually using magnesium alloy and inviting comparisons to Finalmouse.

Given there is not a single word mentioned about optical switches or hotswappable switches are more than enought to avoid these mice for their asking price.

How the actual hell are these so heavy? Even if they were not magnesium, there is so much removed material they should be lighter.

I bet it is the RGB shell that is making it heavy

Oh, for Christ’s sake… This is an absolute braindead design. “Hey, let’s make a hole-filled shell for the weight advantages and THEN put another shell made from solid transparent plastic inside of the first shell to completely negate those benefits! Purrdy lights tho!”
I have no idea how the rest of the mouse even performs, but IMO no one should buy one just on the account of the product, seemingly, being designed by actual buffoons.

Am I the only one that prefers a heavier mouse? Like well over 100g.
I mean… personal preferences are personal. Some people like heavier mice and that’s fine. Especially if one doesn’t play shooters or anything else requiring fas mouse motions. Somewhere objectively though, just from the physics of moving the mouse in quick motions and stopping it lighter IS better. Especially for certain grips, like fingertip. Trying to manipulate a 120+ gram brick with just your fingers gets tiring. Fast.
Assumption is the mother of all...

…but what is TURO though? And how much speed are we talking here?

I have no idea, but I also made the assumption it's not pronounced the same as turbo, but more like tchuro or something along those lines, but I could be way off here and it could just be some kind of xineseium.

Benchmark Scores I once clocked a Celeron-300A to 564MHz on an Abit BE6 and it scored over 9000.
They put holes in the shell to save weight and then put a second complete shell inside to add all the weight back, and more!

Keep in mind holes barely reduce weight. Some of the lightest mice do not have holes in them, like the ninjutso sora (45g wireless).
So to put holes, cover them underneath but still weight 80g is just failure, they focused too much on the looks.

@drpoor Nope. Same here but i would try this M2 Stealth Black version just because it's a little heavier that the sub 60g crap (it's crap to and for me) that's out there.
