Non-Ti, almost yes. A little cheaper and 1.5 times more efficient version of 3060. For $250, would be marvellous.Currently the 4060/Ti models falls a little short, but are still great products in terms of what they are offering
Ti (8 GB), no. I don't have anything against the device itself, it's just horribly overpriced. For $330, would be 10/10.
Ti (16 GB) makes no sense for anyone but those who do some professional workloads where this speed is plenty but 8 GB is "are you kidding me."
