I wonder how fast these will be in real world. I have usb-c 3.2 card reader and it cannot do more than about 300MB/s with CF-E tybe B card that has 1700MB/s read speed.

Very fast. This is my older TB3 reader with a 1700MB/s card (not entirely sure what's up with my write speed though - it should be quite a bit faster):
