Wow, it's a direct replica. I would suggest Silverstone step up the case in a few areas just to make sure it was at there standard. I do see the Silverstone version has some clean lines about it.

800 bucks seems like a lot - this case was either pre-emptively ripped off, or Silverstone is just rebadging the JMCD 12S4 case, which sells for about 200 + shipping on aliexpress / taobao. Granted, depending on where you are, that shipping is another 200 bucks, but that's still half of the MSRP for this case. Not sure if the extra quality control / support is worth paying double , but maybe it'll go on sale..
The JMCD 12S4 appears to be a totally different case aimed at the NAS market, it's much smaller too at 35 liters compared to our RM600 and RM61-312 at 61 liters. The front side may look similar naturally due to the 6U height and 12 hot-swap bay design, but that's it. So if they did try to rip us off after seeing our RM600 prototype at Computex last year, then it was a poor effort. We designed the case on our own, no rebadging here!

Again, the RM600 and RM61 are not designed to be NAS cases (you can of course use them as such if you so choose), they are designed to house powerful server or workstation builds with dual CPUs and multiple GPUs so they are capable of fitting SSI-EEB / Extended-ATX motherboards, long graphics / compute cards, dual PSUs and multiple 360mm radiators, all of which the JMCD 12S4 cannot or was not designed to do.

Thanks for the clarity!

JMCD 12S4

Looking it up and the front is similar but it is not the same interior wise to the Silverstone case. It's clear they made modifications and a whole lot of thought for radiator cooling, dual PSUs and more. The depth is shorter too. The JMCD 12S4 is more so a regular typical chassis stacked on top of a NAS/DAS section. It's clear it was not meant for the same versatility as what Silverstone has come up with.

WOW, Silverstone commented right when I was. Thank you guys for coming out with such a sick case!

Thank you for the information.

What is the max distance for a FAN/RAD combination on the motherboard side of the case? I am asking as if a large 12 x 13 motherboard is installed?

Thank you
