Among the highlights was the Varmilo FK2, a unique keyboard/game controller hybrid featuring rapid triggers and the ability to change actuation points that caught our eye. Resembling an oversized mousepad in thickness, it features 14 large buttons (Cherry MX Multipoint Silver switches) designed for ambidextrous or one-handed control, making it ideal for gaming or specialized applications. Recently launched in Japan and receiving positive feedback, the FK2 represents Varmilo's innovative approach to input devices.

Noteworthy was the VA 100 series, which stands out with its magnetic front and backplates for quick customization and ample storage space on the backplate. These keyboards come equipped with Kailh Prestige switches, Cherry PBT keycaps, and an impressive 8000mAh battery. Guys, it’s a Hitbox. Those were around for years and are widely used by FGC players. Reporting on it as being some crazy never before seen innovation is hilarious.

I was indeed missing a key point, Varmilo's included "rapid triggers and the ability to change actuation points" and to my best knowledge, other controllers on the market don't include these features.

That is… weird. In the article it says that the FK2 uses Cherry MX Silver. Those are standard mechanical switches, they aren’t Hall Effect. I am not sure how they could have implemented something like that on those, to my knowledge it is mechanically impossible. So, it’s either NOT MX Silver, or they meant some other SKU, possibly a keyboard with HE?
I am even more confused now.

They do, but it would be then great to ACTUALLY put that into the article. Because MX Silver is a well known standard mech switch and MX Multipoint is, you know, freshly announced here at Computex and most people aren’t even aware of it yet.
