Welcome to post Computex week and another slow week of game releases. Except for the first week of the year, no other week this year has had so few exciting new releases, but at least it gives all of you another week to enjoy your current game collection. Shin Megami Tensei V on PC!
I already know that the story is kind of so-so when played on the Switch.
Yeah... I'm not going to admit that I'm going to buy this only to be disappointed again with a bigger screen @ better framerate... XD

I guess I'll replay Sniper Elite 5 again

Well... There were some "adult" titles that I'm not allowed to post...
Apparently there is a service that only provides Adult Games and already has more Users than Steam. If that is true we are truly damned.

Shin Megami Tensei V ichiro Dazai Change (youtube.com)

This is by far the best/funniest scene in whole SMT V, still gets me laughing every time. Probably not intended by the creators! The story was absolute piss, but gameplay is arguably best in series. I hope the new campaign is better but I sure wished they'd have made an entirely new one instead. Oh well.
For the uninitiated: if you never played mainline SMT but played Persona and thought to yourself "I don't care about these teenagers and their stupid bs but combat sure is fun!" - SMT V is the game for you.

On what principle the games are selected? I guess every other game is better than "Supermarket & Banana & Cucumber", this game literally does not have description or photos

Ok, that one was a joke, but it had more followers on Steam compared to any other game released that day.
The other options were Loser Simulator, Knock (same kind of stupid thing) and BUG, oh and two adult games that I'm not going to post.
At least the game is free...

those systems req's though!!

How sure are you about the other two you didn't post?

I'm not, but it was such a sad week of releases that I just included something entirely silly, as the other games seem equally boring that are released that day.
You have a look yourself.

Not much you can do about [insert popular game] being released or nothing worth filing an article for any week of the year.

If you are in this predicament again it might be worth opening a thread to see if anyone has a low key great game they can share.

Yeah, sorry, no time for that, as I throw this list together in about half an hour every Sunday.
Plus, SteamDB isn't my only source for new games, I actually check other game sites and press sites for new releases.
It really just is a sad week for new games.

You did what?!
I am working with couple of PhD students(Zoology dept) from Pune University on their project covering breeding biology of couple of common amphibians from Western ghats. So now that monsoons are starting I will be spending most weekends in forests in search and documenting amphibians and reptiles means summer gaming days will be coming to an end.

i think this week has set the lowest bar for releases so far for "this week in gaming".

Even on teh baddest weeks I always find some game that at least makes me search for it on steam to learn more, even if i end blacklisting it, but this week?, oh boy...
