still 6 cores with 3d cache instead of 8 like the 9800x3dCan't wait to see what the v-cache models bring to the table. AMD is promising big improvements this ge, so maybe we'll see clcoks almost on par and no loss in productivity so I can have my cake and eat it too. 9900X3D with 65W TDP would be awesome.
Zen 4 prices do look good. My local store has the 7700x for $260 and the 7800X3D for $320. I'd rather grab either of those 2 than spend $300 for a 9600xthe current price of Zen 4 really impressive esp for X3d

Yeah I know, but if the clocks are good and they get pricing right, then it'll be much better for productivity and still great for gaming, if not as good. I do more photo/video editing, Matlab/Comsol than gaming.still 6 cores with 3d cache instead of 8 like the 9800x3d
