Cool, another car seat which pushes your shoulders forward when in a driving position where it actually makes sense.

I don't have enough palms to cover my face.

Advertising Lumbar support as a feature does nothing for me as I'd rather have a chair without that "feature".
I don't want my lower back or arse pushed forward and feeling distorted.
One more negative for this chair is it is rated for up to 120Kgs only.

You've clearly never had a chair with good lumbar support if you complain about it pushing something forward. It's supposed to be a support and not meant to be poking you.

I've had a number of chairs and car seats with it, but the best are the ones with it removed in my case.
They tend to invoke pain in an already sore back.

Not intended for the American market, I guess.

That sounds like you need an orthopedic specialist to take a look as this doesn't sound normal. When I drive my car I really depend on the pilot chairs lumbar support, which, is really quite good. Especially necessary on long trips.

Having said that, I'll say this:

Herman Miller Aeron for the Win!!! If it isn't a Herman Miller, why not just stand? Your backside will thank you :)

Rubber stamp "gaming chair" from the same OEM in China that does them all. Next.

Buy a real friggin chair and be done with it, and it doesn't have to be a Herman Miller either.
Find a legit office supply store, try some out, find one you like and don't be afraid to buy used/refurb or floor models.

Well, taking in consideration the purchasing power parity between my country and USA (about 2), converting the localized price to dollar, Herman Miller Aeron would cost me $6,892.50.
I would rather just stand indeed :)
