MSI, a global leader in computer hardware and innovative technology, proudly announces that its latest series of All-in-One PCs and Mini PCs have been successfully registered under the Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT). This significant accomplishment underscores MSI's unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability and the pursuit of excellence in electronic product design.

The following MSI products have been successfully registered with EPEAT. There will be more upcoming models in the future:

Business & Productivity PCs:
  • Cubi NUC 1MG
  • PRO DP21 14MQG

Business & Productivity All-in-One PCs:
  • Modern AM242 1MG
  • Modern AM242P 1MG
  • Modern AM242TP 1MG
  • Modern AM272P 1MG

EPEAT registration is overseen by the Global Electronics Council and requires products to meet strict environmental performance criteria. These criteria cover various aspects such as materials selection, reducing supply chain greenhouse gas emissions, and minimizing environmental impact throughout the product's lifecycle.

MSI's registered products exemplify the company's dedication to sustainable practices and innovation. They blend business-centric design with environmental responsibility, embodying MSI's dedication to sustainability. The Modern AM242 and AM272P 1MG series, known for their stylish design and high performance, incorporate advanced features like DDR5 dual-channel memory and EyesErgo technology to enhance productivity and user comfort. Similarly, the Cubi NUC and PRO DP21 14MQG series mini PCs offer powerful computing solutions and enhanced reliability design in compact form factors, making them ideal for both professional and personal use.

Achieving EPEAT registration for these products is a testimony to MSI's continuous efforts to reduce environmental impact and offer customers eco-friendly options. MSI is dedicated to persisting on this path and establishing new benchmarks in the industry. By utilizing green materials, such as PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastic, we ensure not only the products' durability but also a commitment to a greener world. Our commitment extends to incorporating sustainable materials in both our product design and packaging, protecting the earth through our actions. These registered products embody sustainable value and heightened productivity.

Another "pay for the label" award, just this time for greenwashing. Very well. It's not like the 'Green Electronics Council' sounds like any other greenscamming org out there or anything.

That rather glaring misspelling on the press kit images...They are not quite trying, are they?

Shame that the specifications are actually pretty solid for their use case, albeit the specification table itself is similarly oddly formatted.

"Green" means money, not environmentally friendly, as if there is actually such a thing.

Another scam by the wacko eco-freaks.

I don't know what is going on at MSI but they have been announcing nothing but Intel based products. It is almost as if they have signed an exclusive deal with Intel or something. The MSI Claw just felt wrong and the way they marketed it was also a little insane to claim that it could beat the Steam Deck and run with the Ally.
