Well seriously, how can you trust a company that's not willing to take an arrow to the knee, but rather shoots it in lakes. Its the epitome of pointless, which is quite the achievement for arrows to begin with.
I used to be a CPU maker...........................then I took an arrow to the knee...........................

First thing that came to mind after reading that lol

Intel has provided us with the following statement regarding their Arrow Lake CPU launch.
As expected, the postponement of Intel Innovation 2024 will not impact the company’s Arrow Lake desktop CPU launch plans.
Intel will make “significant announcements this fall”, and Arrow Lake will launch this year.

Not sure how trustworthy OC3D is despite it being a tech site with an online presence for a long time. They state that the event was scheduled to take place in Los Angeles yet the graphic displayed clearly shows San Jose.

The cached DuckDuckGo search result for Intel Innovation 2024 also points to San Jose as the venue as does this earlier WCCF Tech article:

The funniest thing is your OC3D quote is the same one posted in the original TPU article (see post #1). OC3D doesn't provide any sort of additional understanding.

Yeah, yet another tech news site whose reliability is not well known to me. And I can't even shove the URL into a translation tool like Google Translate because those tools don't have 100% accuracy either.

In 2024 it's pretty much required to cross reference several news sites to verify the validity of any given story. There is way too much sloppiness these days to take a single source at face value. This includes TPU which has posted erroneous information just like everyone else.

True journalism died in the Nineties. Pity.

In this case, the definitive answer comes from Intel themselves. Always best to start your research with the original source rather than hearsay from some third party of questionable accuracy or reputation.

Imagine how Nvidia's finances would be like now if Pat Gelsinger (CEO of Intel) was the CEO of Nvidia...

Damn... no Arrow Lake, no Battlemage, no Blackwell, Zen 5 is a bust. 2024 is shaping up to be super disappointing. :shadedshu:
Zen 5 isn't a bust, they just stupidly called non X cpu's, X cpu's and priced them too high. 9950X especially won't be gimped by stupidly low TDP's and will be a multicore beast.

Tweakers is part of dpg media, a big conglomerate of news papers and magazines in belgium the Netherlands and the uk.

the are the mainstream news and as trust worthy as, well you can make your mind up about that.
