Maybe its because I no longer have a desktop and follow desktop stuff but I cant imagine desktop computer fans are a high volume, high profitability sector for a company these days...

For all case makers these fans are a money minting sector, just look how many have gone down the route of spending millions(also how much a patent troll is willing to spend on lawsuits) on propietary daisy chaining solutions.

3200 rpm that's a good amount of rpm for sure. But there 1 downside to it. Noise can be low.

I have 3 3000 rpm fans in my pc case. 2 x noctua ippc fans and 1 phanteks T30 120 mm fan. At full rpm, not silent but they move a good amount of air. Great for when overclocking on aircooling or need to move air to place with else no Airflow throw a 3D printed funnet duct. So high rpm fans do have there perpose. Just as long you are not noise sensitive.

Give it a couple months and these things will be selling at a 75% discount. Antec has zero name recognition in the cooling category these days. Their only hope of increasing the above is to have actually built a top tier product (not likely)and sent them to every reviewer across the globe.
