NVIDIA today released the latest version of GeForce Game Ready drivers. Version 566.03 WHQL comes with optimization for Dragon Age: The Veilguard, and Alan Wake 2: The Lake House, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. It extends DLSS 3 Frame Generation support to both these games, and to Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, No More Room In Hell 2, Red Dead Redemption, and The Axis Unseen. This release does not come with any game-specific bug fixes, but corrects a system-specific bug, where your Digital Vibrance custom setting does not persist reboots or waking up from sleep.

I wish BioWare was still around. I don’t think any of the original people carry the torch for these IPs since the EA acquisition.

I hope this dragon age is good.

Good to see DV reset was fixed. I had to roll back to 561.09 due to that. Also the previous driver gave more more BSOD's on top of that. Hope this is better. Will test on weekend when i have more time.

I also have little hopes for this Dragon Age. Looking at the trailers, the game seems to be .... weak...

Minor driver update but installed without a hitch. That 2 second alt-tab blank screen in 24H2 is still a bug. But looks like it's fixed in the Insider builds so should be in the next KB update.

Yeah Bioware is just a name now. The heart of that studio has been long gone. As for Dragon Age, I have zero hope for that game. I tried to be positive. Then all the details of the game started coming out. The situation with only 3 choices from carrying over, all from Inquisiton, was the nail in the coffin for me. I do have hopes for Exodus though, it seems like a spiritual successor to Mass Effect from former Bioware devs.

I'm just sad the official gsync module is dead, it is superior to freesync. Whatever gsync ultimate monitors exist today, they are the last ones. Oh well, it is what it is.

It CAN be superior to poorly implemented FreeSync. On monitors with good FS implementation and actual firmware based variable overdrive there is no difference in performance.

I wish it were easy to know which monitors utilized it properly, I assume any high end one, but the budget ones just say freesync, so its hard to know.

@Space Lynx
Generally speaking, anything FS Premium / GSync Compatible Certified is probably going to work just fine. All VRR is nowadays done the same way by all vendors anyway, the GS/FS thing is just marketing labels.

My 27" OLED is stuck in NV G-Sync compatible list as "Future" state in column "Driver Needed", lol (PG27AQDM). This state is stated in many monitors listed btw.

But i enable it anyway in NVCP, as recommended.

Linux drivers are still at version 560.

edit:
565 out for Linux. But OpenGL still broken and doesn't work with X11. So no WebGL in browsers and no Flutter apps.
