I know this is a chopped-off, mini-me gamr-toi, but who in their right friggin mind, gamr or otherwise, would want an activation depth of 4mm ?????

That would turn my uber-mega-complex, multi-tabbed spreadsheets into a 24/7 slugfest..

fyi, when I get my spreadsheets, I only have 2-4 hours to get them done & send 'em back up the chain....so no k70 4 me !

It took Corsair long enough to adapt magnetic/hall effect switches but you still need to deal with iCUE.

K70 Max have had these same switches already for over an year. I have loved them.

K70 also got with latest firmware FlashTap. FN + Right Shift to activate and it works well it seems(just found out about it).

Ah yeah you're right I forgot the K70 Max exists. I probably ignored it because its a full-size keyboard.

I used to use it for the numpad key but stopped and just disabled the key as i do not need it in a off state, how ever i use close to 3mm with forward movement key for 7 days to die as there is nothing more than annoying in shooting shit and moving forward by accident and falling in a reinforced area were only zombies should be hehe. If i was right handed i would do it to the windows key as i do times in a game when possible.

Let's see if it fairs any better than my K60 TKL Pro did. Two RMAs for it becoming unrecognizable by Windows and it was relegated to a backup.

Am I missing something?? They say it uses magnetic switches but the picture shows a conventional mech switch. Wooting’s lekker switches do not have a crosspoint contact and the stem is much thicker since it contains the magnet…

Just get a Meletrix BOOG75 (or a Keychron Q5 HE, if you can't live without num pad), and forget this floating key SS disappointment-for-the-price thing...
