Well, with this much pre-release hype, we can basically guarantee this is an Intel machine, Intel's "Joint Development Program" in which they just hand huge amounts of cash to OEMs to ensure Intel's chips stay in the most popular and high tier models and AMD's stay out, has its smell all over this.... (I have a fundamental problem with anything other than the strengths of a given product determining whether it's included in a laptop model or not)

Right? The sheer brazenness of microsoft's complete disregard to the rules of privacy and confidentiality are as pathetic as they are unethical, and that's a very serious problem.
