GIGABYTE Technology, one of the top global manufacturers of motherboards, graphics cards, and hardware solutions, proudly announces the launch of its cutting-edge B860 series motherboard, featuring the groundbreaking D5 Bionic Corsa technology and innovative AI-Driven capabilities that set new standards for memory performance and user-friendly experience.

Infinite Memory Performance with AI-Driven Optimization
Building on the success of our Z890 series, the B860 AORUS motherboards achieve remarkable DDR5 speeds of up to 9466 MT/s on 4DIMM slot configurations. This exceptional performance is powered by our proven D5 Bionic Corsa technology, ensuring optimal memory efficiency across the entire lineup. D5 Bionic Corsa boasts four key technologies from software, hardware to firmware side. The AORUS AI SNATCH and AI SNATCH Engine present AI-overclocking for ultimate performance, while AI-Driven PCB Design and HyperTune BIOS deliver AI-design for signal enhancement on motherboards.

The introduction of AORUS AI SNATCH represents a paradigm shift in DRAM overclocking. This innovative feature employs neural network models to analyze hardware configurations in real-time within Windows. Users can now achieve premium performance with minimal effort - as demonstrated by the ability to automatically generate 8933 MT/s overclocking profiles from Native 6400 CUDIMM Memory with just a few clicks.

Next-Generation Graphics Support and Premium Design
The entire B860 AORUS lineup comes equipped with full-line PCIe Gen 5 x16 slots, providing users with immediate compatibility for upcoming next-generation graphics cards. The ICE series variants, featuring a stunning all-white aesthetic, offer a premium design choice for enthusiasts. The B860 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 ICE and B860M AORUS ELITE WIFI6E ICE showcase immaculate white PCBs, heatsinks, and shrouds, perfect for creating sophisticated, monochromatic builds that stand out from traditional designs.

Advanced Connectivity Features
The B860 AORUS series sets a new standard for connectivity with comprehensive USB4 Type-C support across the entire lineup. It features DP-Alt mode functionality and delivers impressive transfer speeds of up to 40 Gbps, ensuring lightning-fast data transmission for demanding applications. Advanced wireless connectivity is achieved through cutting-edge Wi-Fi 7 and Wi-Fi 6E technology, complemented by high-gain directional antennas for optimal signal strength and stability.

The latest Intelligent WIFI Optimization feature, WIFI Compass introduces sophisticated antenna positioning technology with two specialized modes, which 4D Mode for everyday users seeking optimal signal strength and CD Mode (Continuous Detection Mode) for enthusiasts.

Enhanced User Experience
The B860 AORUS series maintains GIGABYTE's commitment to user-friendly design with EZ DIY Friendly features for simplified installation and Ultra Durable construction for long-term reliability. Combined with AI-driven optimization tools and exceptional connectivity options, these motherboards deliver a premium computing experience for every user category.

The WIFI EZ-Plug design integrates Wi-Fi antenna plugs into one adapter, relieving users from the troublesome screwing required during installation. The EZ-Debug Zone centralizes debug LEDs and control buttons to provide a convenient and organized troubleshooting process. The PCIe EZ-Latch Plus delivers screwless installation for PCIe graphics cards, while M.2 EZ-Latch Click and M.2 EZ-Latch Plus allow for tool-free installation of M.2 SSDs and heatsinks.

The GIGABYTE B860 motherboard series are available globally now.

That's all new boards so I guess you'll have to stick to retro computing from now on.

I don't think it has any AI in it except for a big fat emblem on the box. So I think we're safe.

Does anyone remember Asus with "AI Tuner" or whatever it was called? That wasn't AI in the slightest, either.

Not one manufacturer has released decent motherboard software but now I'm expected to trust them with AI memory tuning whatever the hell that means continuously messing with my motherboard memory.

I can see a future where you will have to pay extra just to have a basic feature set but good quality motherboard and you know what I'll happily pay.

Not gonna lie, when Terminator was warning us about AI coming to kill us all I didn’t realize it would be via mediocre art design and poorly drawn anime porn. Sci-Fi lied to me once again.

There's also a monitor that automatically dims the picture with AI now (even though monitors have been doing that long before AI). It's somewhere here among the CES news on TPU.

It's brilliant what the human mind is capable of creating, isn't it? :)
