I never understood this mouse design with holes all over. It just seems uncomfortable and my fat hands would end up looking like I'm suffering from some kind of skin condition after use.

Plus it just seems like a pain to clean.

Though I suppose only so much can be done to mice technology so....

I hate to tell you that it's not really harder to keep it clean than a mouse without perforations, unless you are an absolute pig in front of the computer.

Not really. You spend like 2 minutes on it with a brush and maybe blow some compressed air inside, like once a month or so.
