its more like 690 +Vat +AibBetter Value than Nvidia but far from Great.
so whit 20% Vat =828 +Aib exrta
U will see some models go over 900
i have allredy seen those weeks ago

Either way Nvidia is holding consumer stock back to keep pricing high, they made MSRP claims and didn't stick to it, and the tech media is going along with fake MSRP's.

True, but AMD being a business doesn't have to hand out GPU's for free either, Nvidia pushing prices up is the reason the market is a mess.
And you can thank Nvidia for pushing pricing up that high over the past 10 years.

Closer to 5080 Lol haha ,dont try to start a hype train..This basically confirms the $650 MSRP. Something tells me the performance will be closer to the 5080 than the 5070 Ti.
3240 MHz is a boost of over 10% compared to the reference model: Gigabyte RX 9070 XT Gaming OC reportedly boost up to 3.24 GHz during Linux benchmark - VideoCardz.com
The difference between the 5070 Ti and 5080 is just 12-13%:

Feel like them not "handing out GPU's for free" (AKA selling at a reasonable price from the start) is one of the reasons their marketshare is so poor now, personally.True, but AMD being a business doesn't have to hand out GPU's for free either, Nvidia pushing prices up is the reason the market is a mess.

Ever heard of inflation.
So many cry babies expecting AMD to basically give away GPUs for nothing.![]()
Bait used to be believable.Ever heard of inflation.![]()

Ppls just want to get everything dirt cheap, lot of whining about prices. So many cry babies expecting AMD to basically give away GPUs for nothing.![]()
That much is obvious since Nvidia combined their gaming revenue into gaming & AI, so Jensen can claim they have record profit on gaming cardsThey don't care about keeping pricing high because gamers now represent barely 10% of their revenue. They are much less profitable than AI.
I keep seeing it but have yet to see proof of the mark ups all being at the AIB and retailer level. The selling price of RTX 50X0 is not higher than MSRP because of Nvidia either. The price is inflated at the AIB and the retailer's level.
What kind of logic is putting all the blame on AMD? I always see people blaming the competition for what Nvidia is charging, but then they go ahead and buy Nvidia anyway.what kind of weird logic is this? Nvidia takes all the blame, when AMD has an inferior product and just takes 50usd off their pricing. And worst they actively wait to see how much Nvidia charges to do their pricing.
Sure it's all on Nvidia![]()
A 9070XT 2% slower still puts it around 5070Ti level.Closer to 5080 Lol haha ,dont try to start a hype train..
9070XT is 2% slower than 4080
Yes Gpus is totaly optional, no need to buy anything..Oof. I am statistically a wealthy European household but there's simply no way im going to pay more than 300 euro for a GPU. As an adult there's less time to game and I don't care about getting a 700 Euro card if I'm drowning in work for the next 6 months. Guess I'll stick with my 3060 ti forever
I can't understand why AMD held back review and the release apparently by weeks if they are simply going to repeat the Nvidia -50 strategy *again* which hasn't worked in their favor in the past.

But not 5080A 9070XT 2% slower still puts it around 5070Ti level.
From what I've seen, Blackwell overclocks like crazy, too. Feel like NVIDIA's intentionally leaving a lot of performance on the table. That much is obvious since Nvidia combined their gaming revenue into gaming & AI, so Jensen can claim they have record profit on gaming cards
I keep seeing it but have yet to see proof of the mark ups all being at the AIB and retailer level.
However the AIBs have to make some profit, we seen what happened to EVGA went they lost money on the 30 series, retailers are going take advantage of low stock as well.
What kind of logic is putting all the blame on AMD? I always see people blaming the competition for what Nvidia is charging, but then they go ahead and buy Nvidia anyway.
And yes AMD being the competition will wait and see what the market leader charges, it's why Nvidia having a near monopoly is bad and no different than the near monopoly Intel used to have with CPU's.
A 9070XT 2% slower still puts it around 5070Ti level.
+20% vat = 840 + AiB extra for better models$700 probably means £700. And if it launches for £700 then just lol. I've seen the 7900 XTX for £613 new.

I'm already including tax saying $700 is £700. Since $700 is actually £552.+20% vat = 840 + AiB extra for better models
There's no mystery here, it's all public. That much is obvious since Nvidia combined their gaming revenue into gaming & AI, so Jensen can claim they have record profit on gaming cards
The original post mentioned a ~10% OC over the standard 9070XT, it would get quite close I reckon. But not 5080

Controversy generates more engagement than positive stuff. Posting something like "The RX 9070 XT is expected to cost 40% less than the current market price of the competing 5070 Ti" would have the same impact, but taking jabs at AMD is already standard practice.I don't know why the title is reinforcing the nv minus $50 meme based on a rumour, especially 3 days before we get official info. I think it's poor.
