Hello everyone, I have had this graphics card for two weeks and today while playing a game, I noticed that the fan speeds were at 100% and when I put it in silent mode, the temperatures were over 90 degrees. Normally, the temperatures were working between 50-60 degrees in two weeks. When I did the fan health test, it was 3rd.I noticed that the fan was not working, I made all kinds of fan settings through AMD, I turned off the zero rpm setting, but it still did not work. Do you think anyone else had the same problem as me and fixed it?

Sounds like you have a dud fan. It happens. Since it is brand new, just contact Sapphire. They will either replace the fan or the card.

And as always, ensure proper air flow.

You should be within your warranty period. Contact Sapphire.

Also check your airflow.

I created a support record with both the place I bought it from and Sapphire. Unfortunately, since Sapphire does not have an existing service in Turkey, the place I bought it from will send it to the service.

Under normal circumstances you'd just get a replacement card but I guess they have none in stock. Hope it all works out! I have the same cooler (but on 9070) and fan health is good here. You got unlucky. :shadedshu:

Unfortunately, since Sapphire is not in the Turkish market, I bought it from the shopping site called Hepsiburada, which is famous in the Turkish market. They will direct it to the technical service, but it would be really nice if Sapphire had an authorized service here.

Stop benchmarking it, remove secondary back plate and play just light games and old till Sapphire will fix your issue.

Will be fair Sapphire to send you a new card and with the same currier to collect your faulty one. End users shouldn't wait for manufacturer to fix a faulty card.

By any chance did you try to knock easy the rotor of the fan with your finger? Sometimes GPU rotor fans lock themselves after sudden moves of the card, it happen to me 3-4 times.

Sapphire TRiXX doesn't check circuitry is just seeing the fan is spinning slow or not at all and maybe consuming more V than it should.

Replace the fan, they are weak and break easily when ramping up to 100%. Cheesy fans.

It works like that in many countries (most of EU I think?)
