im going to replace the whole fan and give the blue one to my cousin cos he needs three fans so i might as well buy new ones.

do i just pull the front emitting led out?
does it tell you which sides positive and negative?
thnx for all ur help


still waiting for my fans and leds to come...

EDIT:did you replace the top blue plastic thing?

yes just pull out the led from its socket..the led is clear type so you can see its orientation..use the clear ultra bright green led 5mm..the 3mm is for the fan..^_^

its ok..it will work..its just that i lack of led thats why i use 5mm..but you should have order the clear ultra bright one..

my red led is 15000 mcd. is that bright enough cos most are apparently 6000 - 7000

9/10...

Very unique build. However... the rear green LED fans wreck it; it would look better if they were not opaque... but transparent instead. The only thing that stopped you from getting a 10 was the not-so-perfect front IO wiring.
