After looking through some cases, I was impressed. The Q4 2007 cabling work was decent, but it left me wanting more.
First, I had to get rid of the thick IDE cable that goes to my PATA DVD-RW. I got a Rosewill SATA->PATA adapter.
Liking SladeSurfer's idea, I cut a slot behind the motherboard tray for the cables to go through (finally got parts for my Dremel!). Installing the motherboard while squeezing wires underneath it was the most frustrating install job I've ever done. The HDDs were also flipped.
Finally, I changed the rear fan from an 80mm Nexus to a 120mm Noctua via an adaptor. As a fan grill, I used Kikboxes' 120mm 'circuit' grill.

Bought a 1920x1200 Dell E248FP 24" monitor.

Adding the 120mm exhaust allowed me to clock my 8800GTS 640 to it's new maximum clock of 702/2000/1620 (Core/Mem/Shader) and my E6750 to 3.4GHz @ 1.42v. Also dropped temps about 5-10C with the same noise level.

PS: Anyone have a good idea on how to hide my PCIe power cable?

It's the best I can do with a 50mm (80mm APS-C) lens with my room being ultra small.
