Coolink Presents GFXChilla VGA Cooler

Coolink today presented its new GFXChilla VGA cooler. Employing 4 high-performance heatpipes and two large 80mm fans, the GFXChilla provides superior cooling performance at minimum noise levels. The GFXChilla is widely compatible, simple to install and can easily be upgraded. "Many users are annoyed with their noisy VGA cards and hence look for a high-quality silent solution that is easy to install and comes at a fair price", explains Timothy Chu, Coolink CEO. "Our new GFXChilla is perfectly suited for quietly cooling popular VGA cards like Nvidia GeForce 8800GT or ATI Radeon 3870 as well as older series."

Thanks to four thick 6mm heatpipes and two quiet 80mm fans (18dB/A), the GFXChilla provides exceptional cooling performance at extremely low noise levels. Its large fans not only cool the GPU but also provide strong airflow over the card's various components. In order to cool the RAM chips and voltage regulators, the GFXChilla comes with 18 self-adhesive heatsinks.

The GFXChilla's flexible mounting system is easy to use even for less experienced users and allows for broad compatibility with a wide range of current and older VGA cards (see website).

In order to achieve even better cooling performance, the GFXChilla's 80x80x10mm low-profile fans can be replaced with standard 80x80x25fans, which, due to their bigger height, can produce higher levels of airflow.

Looks VERY intresting. Id like to see some reviews on that one. The size of it is the best thing, my current HR-03 Plus is huge with a fan installed so I would love a cooler with Hr-03 performance but that doesnt steal all the space in my case... So TPU, try reviewing it ASAP...

This is what I wanted Accelero S1 to be like, lower height and comes with fans stock. Price is also very tempting and plenty of heatsinks. Already have VF900 and my 8800GT is on warranty repair/replacement, but boy it looks promising. Propably will lose to S1 with turbo modules a bit, but this should fit every case, although it kinda looks like those heatpipes go quite high.

edit: has the same bug as HR-03. Pipes are so low that center memory has to use lower heatsinks. Hate when ramsinks aren't identical :/ Accelero S1 having pipes on the lower side has no problem like it. Well still nice, but not perfect.

Accelero S1 Weight 290g + turbomodules 2x35g = 360g, 19,95€/$25.95 + 7,45€/$10.80 = 27,40€/$40,75

A bit less strain to GPU, price quite even, would be nice to see them go head to head.

edit3: this cooler looks quite the same, except smaller pipes, wonder if they made it for them

is that pci express only? or can it be in the agp flavor aswell? i ask because i think my comp. have a agp slot but im not sure.

yay a thermalright clone! this really looks like the gPU cooler i have, only flatter.

GT and GTS (G92) use the same mounting mechanism. 320/640MB GTS (G80) GTX and ultra (also G80) use a different method, and arent compatible with most coolers released recently.
