ASUS, producer of high quality chassis and components, has today released the new ASUS VENTO A1 series gaming chassis. This aluminum chassis incorporates an exquisitely handcrafted design, and features exceptional ventilation for performance and stability, hassle-free installation and optimized scalability - making it the gamer and power user's number one choice.

Lasting Durability for Continuous Operations
The multi-way ventilation design of the VENTO A1 ensures continuous operation through triple 12cm fans that quietly maximizes the airflow inside the chassis; while the side ventilation design optimizes heat dissipation for key components (especially for the CPU and graphics card). This maximized thermal efficiency increases overall system performance and stability, and allows users to enjoy long and continuous operations for the most powerful processing platforms.

Great Craftsmanship for Gamer-chic Outlook
The aluminum material provides a modern hair-line finishing that exudes a high quality feel; while the insignia totem of blast wind - VENTO, impressively heralds the legend of speed. The bright LED light from within is gorgeous yet subdued, and transforms the chassis into a modern work of art.

Hassle-free Installation for Easy Setups
Based on a "tool-less" concept, the VENTO A1's hardware cage, expansion slot kits and thumbscrews make installing components easy; while folded metal edges protect fingers from scrapes and cuts. It also features smooth and easy access to the external hard drive bays with the inclusion of a magnetic-latch door that opens sideways.

Optimized Scalability
With the VENTO A1, users can now enjoy full "customization" of their own PCs. With the ability to support up to 10 hard drive spaces, seven expansion slots and rich front I/O (four USB 2.0, one 1394 and two audio), users can arrange their peripherals in their own way to suit their personal preferences.

I'm not a fan of both of the cases shown in this thread so far. Wouldn't want either in my room to be honest.

the pic quality is a little shit but its detailed enough for you to get the picture.

Im not keen on either of the cases - the first one looks a bit like a storm trooper gone wrong this second one deviates from that but it still goes drastically wrong IMHO. my mate had one of the older 'storm trooper' alike cases - i never went to his house again.

there are plenty of 'nice' cases out on the market - pic the right one or hand in your Dremel tools & never show your face again

(The case in the pic is made by a company called NZXT - I own the specific case in the picture)

that case housed my first ever successful custom build its a f**king awesome case & my jaw dropped when walked past the shop & saw it in the window with all the flashing lights going off like night rider!

I was so in love with it the manager had to hire a cleaner to scrape me off the window.

I actually liked Asus first foray into Chassis. The Vento, was awesome. Sure it looked like something born of a down syndrome and a retarded person (sorry if I offend anyone here) but it was an excellent design that catered to enthusiasts. This new one looks like something coolermaster or Antec crapped out of the drawing board with its blocky design. Not very interesting.
