Well it's yet another (Card + Block - reference cooler) = $100 more than if I were to buy a (full card + block)

The timing for this is really awful. It costs as much if not more than a GTX 260 when it comes out. I know BFG love their blocks but at this point its just adding on to the continuing life sucking of the G92.

The last BFG ones were dangerden blocks, so it most likely is.
As Btarunr pointed out though, this will probably cost significantly more than a regular card AND a Dangerden block, which are too expensive (to me at least) anyway, i'd really like to see a graphics card manufacturer doing a deal on cards with EK blocks, preferably costing slightly less than the card and block would seperately, given that they would save money not putting a HSF on (did you get all that palit_guy?)

I saw this on Fudzilla, and thought how bad of timing it is, unless they are going to drop the prices of the 9800gtx soon to make way for gx 280 and gx 260.
