PC case manufacturer NZXT has taken the wraps off of their latest extended ATX case, the Whisper classic series steel silent tower. Big enough to accommodate up to nine hard drives and a total of six 5.25-inch bays with ample space for large expansion cards, the Whisper case also ensures that your cables will be well-arranged because of the pre-drilled wire management system inside the case. Moreover NZXT has outfitted the case with 10mm noise dampening foam pads fixed to the inside of the side and top panels, rubber grommets that reduce vibration noise from the HDDs, and a padded PSU holder to reduce the acoustic levels within the chassis. All in all, the Whisper case includes 4 fans: 1x120mm Blue LED intake, 1x120mm rear exhaust, and 2x80mm rear exhaust fans. "Whisper is a really exciting option for the gamer who wants to maximize both computing performance and silent operation" said Johnny Hou, Chief Designer at NZXT. "NZXT's advanced noise dampening technology combined with the many expansion options make Whisper a superior building block for any PC gaming rig." Retailing for $139.99, NZXT's latest case will be worldwide available in September. Please click here for more information.

i'm interested. i likey silent hardware at good prices.

Very nice looking. wish i could see the inside setup. but like the overall look of it.

not bad at all, though i see they are still utilizing 80mm fans, i'd much rather see 2 120mm and 2 140mm for a quiet case.

Also, dimensions?

Too dull for my taste.. but maybe with a window on it .... it might look a lot better.

Pretty plain and simple but I like the predrilled holes for cable management. NZXT is really stepping it up in my opinion.

From past exp NZXT cases aren't made to well...
