South Ossetia claimed independence from Georgia about 20 odd years ago. The Russians respected that, the Georgians did not. The Georgians have been skirmishing with S.O now for a very long time and Civilians with Russian passports happily living in S.O haven been dying.

The Russian pretty much said enough is enough. Fuck with a free country and you fuck with us.

If anything the Russians were having a war on terrormongerus - isn't that what the USA wants?

if he really wants to get them he will just get a hold of the sponsors of nvnews and point out the posts and see if they get their review samples etc pulled

Alex is an individual, he's not the Russian government. I'd be upset too if I worked my butt off to produce a free application and get heat because of where I live or my nationality. What a load of crap! If people are having problems with the Russian government they need to go address the leaders of their government, and not go bash a nice guy who makes free software so we can all get the most out of our video cards made by fine people who get paid less in a month than some of us get paid in an hour. actually there is a lot he can do he is the sole proprietor of that piece of software therefore he can do with it as he pleases. its says no one there can discuss or use it from nvnews thus if they do they violate the copyright and he can sue and he WILL win the case

No, he wouldn't win. He wouldn't even get into the court room...
Usage of Rivatuner and as such accepting the EULA is not required for posting on NVNews forums. This means the author of RivaTuner has no right whatsoever to tell people what to post on NVNews. The new anti-nVNews-EULA is nothing but an empty statement.

I will also add...It does appear that they did close the thread...It's not like it's still ongoing...I read U.S.A. bashing comments all the time...phttt! big DEAL...been slandered and called way worse names by far better people...WHO CARES!!!! he went a conservative site, has read it before, knows they are conservative, also knows they can't stand Russia or Iran because of there actions and he went and picked a fight is what he did. I personally applaud nvnews for there remarks on this issue, he picked the fight and now he acts like a child, after telling the admins who he wants banned. I don't come here and say I want someone banned. And its no diffrent here than there, the mods here are liberals in nature and lock delete anything ultra conservative or non polticlly correct also blocking both views at times, the only diffrence is you agree with the views here and not there. Unfortunately, the site claims to be a NVIDIA fansite, nowhere on the homepage is it mentioned pit of trolls "conservative". A Russian wouldn't know/care if America is split from within between conservatives and liberals. All he did was choose not to take crap, pointless accusations, and BS such as "how much Georgian blood went into making" his free computer program that has nothing to do with politics, when you start up RivaTuner, it doesn't play out Russian Propaganda, it's a no-nonsense app with which you get a free performance boost.
