For the record: sh-twitter does open with firefox. If you are not signed in and have blocked scripts/some tracking "features," it displays that message.

Manually navigating to the URL (just click on the address bar on the same page that is blocked, and press enter) bypasses it for me. You'll need to allow twitter's base scripts if you are using noscript or something tho...
