Hello, I have 2 sticks of ram (2x8; kllisre and hyperX) . My pc config is: MSI H81M-E33, i7-4770(confidential), 16gb ram (2x8), Gigabyte GTX 750ti and a 500w PSU. today I decided to remove 1 of them to make some tests. But when I tried to turn on my pc and go to the bios, I noticed that the memory size and memory frequency were displayed both as 0mb and 0hz, also the cpu ring ratio was crazy. I tried to use the kllisre alone in dimm1 and dimm2, did the same with hyperX, tried to use them together again in different ways and nothing changed. Also tried to use my old i3-4170 and updating the BIOS, nothing happened. But the mobo's memory-z is showing all info about my two sticks of ram. What do you think? Problem in the dimm slots? Ram sticks? Mobo? Actually I don't have another sticks or mobo to test my hardware

I forgot to upload these images

Besides the bios issue, does it actually work just fine in Windows or whatever OS you use?

I would say CPU issue, but if your other CPU doesn't show correct readings, I have no idea.

Thanks for replying. No, it doesn't boot, I tested 2 pen drives with windows and mac, neither worked on pc (tried them on my laptop and worked fine).

Alright, I did it. Then when I first turn on, the PC shows me some info about the cpu, dram and storage, but here shows ram correctly (plugged only hyperX as u said; it shows 16gb with the 2 sticks too), inside the setup continues the same 0mb and I can't boot up.

Remove the cpu from the socket, check for any bent pins or dirt on the cpu pads. Hopefully a reseat would fix that issue.
