The new Ultra-90 continues the the tradition of XP's light & easy: light in weight and even easier to install. Now you don't even have to remove your motherboard to install our LGA775 or K8 adapter. From the HR-series, Ultra-90 takes the tower form with 3 dual heatpipes and the capacity to cool the hottest dual-core CPU currently circulating the market, capable of cooling both AMD K8 and Intel 775. The Ultra-90 can work with any 90mm fan and according to Thermalright it is better than any other 90mm fan heatsinks including XP-90.
Features:
- Dimensions: D45 x W102 x H147 (heatsink only)
- Weight: 435g (heatsink only)
- Compatibility: AMD Athlon64 / FX / X2 / Opteron all models / All Intel P4 LGA775 processors
You can also use the Ultra-90 on an Intel P4 478 system, but you will need to purchase a P4-478 Heatsink Retention Kit.
