Mach Xtreme is a new player, but their complete line-up of memory, SSDs and their USB 3.0 flash drive made some real waves. We are taking a look at the Armor 1600 MHz CL8 dual channel kit, which comes equipped with Xigmatek heat spreaders. Will its shell withstand our barrage of benchmarks or are we able to chip its armor?

just an FYI ANY IC that starts with X= PSC chips. this ram has PSC ic's as it shows in the pics the model numer is the vary last serial and it starts with X. its almost the exact same as my mushkin redlines to. mine just has a few different letters on them.

Nice review as always. Love the Xigmatek Spreaders too. Wish the ICs and the spreaders had better contact though.

As a side note, Cellshock no longer is in business?

not since 1156/1366 released nope. they released one tripple channel kit but it was older ram chips adjusted to run at high latency low voltage. but they never adopted the low voltage thing. to bad to cellshock was awesome
