Buffalo revealed its newest small/home office NAS, the 2-bay LinkStation Ls-Wvl/R1. This new model is advertised to be faster than its predecessor, and connects using a gigabit Ethernet link, it offers one USB 2.0 port for auxiliary storage. The unit is actively cooled by a 60 mm fan. DLNA is supported that enables connectivity to a variety of devices on the network. Buffalo's NAS servers don't come empty, this one comes in capacities of 1 TB, 2 TB, 3 TB, and 4 TB, priced at US $356, $431, $554 and $679, respectively.
