So I’m trying to overclocked the 14900KS and it’s going pretty decently but once it hits those high frequencies, based on the required load line and settings, the temperature just shoots through the roof. There are 11 VF point offsets in the bios for the ks. Lol.
I’m just wondering if anybody has any experience with some stable settings that helped them over clock while reducing temperatures and keep it stable.
I’m playing with it now and I guess I’ll keep playing with it regardless but it’s always always nice to get a good starting point.
I’m also having a hell of a time trying to figure out that no matter what I do, under load, the processor down clocks to 5.9 GHz.
Even with thermal velocity boost disabled. I have all of the powers set to unlimited. I don’t get it. Lol
Hope you’re all having a great weekend and thank you.
