Lian Li has taken a traditional mini-tower case and moved the PSU to the side of the chassis. The result is the PC-V650: a case that can still take full-sized components for a powerful rig. This unique capability, the four pre-installed fans, and a card reader, make it an interesting foundation for a functional high-end system.

I am really wanting to make my system more compact lately. This might work. an 11 inch (280mm) plus 138mm of rad/fans equals 418 mm. The case is 427 inches long... It would be real tight.

The case is very very nice with a 5.25" bay, numerous 3.5" bays, and full ATX compatibility. But it has one terrible flaw that could be solved by adding a mere 20mm to the height - the CPU cooler clearance. It looks like the PSU overlaps the I/O panel by about 10mm and that can ruin the clearance for tower coolers on motherboards where the CPU socket isn't as high up as possible.
