Koolance Releases Radeon R9 290X Water Block

Auburn-based Koolance Inc. has now made available its own full cover water block for AMD's flagship card, the Radeon R9 290X. Dubbed VID-AR290X, the block weighs 0.91 kg, it offers G 1/4 BSPP threading, and features a 'high-performance microfin (0.5 mm) design made of solid copper with anti-corrosive nickel plating'.

The VID-AR290X can be used for single and multi-card configurations and is available for $129.99.

We have yet to confirm if our block is compatible with the standard R9 290. We will check on that and let you know as soon as we can.

It is compatible, because the 290 non - x board is practically IDENTICAL to the 290 X board.

If i weren't waiting for custom board 8 gb, 2x8 power pin 290x, i would choose this block.
Until then, its waiting further for me.

Thanks for heads up. Been checking there twice a day.

That's the only one in stock though. Didn't want to get a clear block this time.

It and the back plate are still not in. Hopefully they will be there soon.

But if koolance guy says the blocks are good for 290, and I'm pretty sure they are, I'll get one of those.

very good Temp . but 130$ very high price

similar GTX 780 Ti price
