My friend wants to build a used PC. The issue is his budget is like 200-300$ peripherals not included. It needs to be good enough to have like 1st Gen ryzen iGPU or equivalent, and preferably AMD. Mostly web browsing, light minecraft. It will run linux, so no windows memory hog. 8GBs ram, 256gb storage.
