Streacom rolled out the FLIRC-SE, an adaptive IR receiver module for its HTPC cases, that can, besides working like a conventional Media Center IR receiver, wake your PC up from S4 (STR) and S5 shut-down power states. The module is originally designed and manufactured by FLIRC, for Streacom. It comes with drivers for Windows, Linux, and OS X. The module plugs into the motherboard over USB 2.0 header, and features a native memory, to store up to 160 key combinations. It's available now.
