I bought a 2080ti from ebay (EVGA FTW3) and it just came I tested it in games ran time spy etc, all looks good but I wondered on what is normal for hotspot temperature is for the 2080ti since with AMD can be up to 20c difference, between the GPU edge temp and the hotspot. Mine is getting 85C+ in some cases usually hovering around 83c for hotspot and 70C ish for the edge under heavy load.
On a side note, I do see more sensors on it too and have no idea what they mean PWR1-5 would any one know?

It's totally normal. I've had a 2080 Ti before that was so bad it went up to 103 °C and couldn't pull more than 140 W to protect itself /with 30°C delta between the spots/

It's on the higher end but probably fine, PWR1-5 sensors are likely for the VRMs.

How about a graphic overlay that shows where the sensors are located?

Hwinfo rulez but you need to, at least once, install evgas software to see that.

Its fine, hotspot temp can go as high as 110 without thermal throttling. If you want a lower temp, repaste your GPU but you're fine.

Though if you notice the GPU hotspot max temp keeps getting higher to the point it reaches 110, then you have to repaste.

The only time you should worry is if the card is crashing, dont overthink, just run it
