According to this news post at DigiTimes, TNC Industrial who owns Gainward is selling the video card company off to Palit.
Apparently Gainward was constantly losing money over the last two years.
It is unclear whether Palit, who is mostly producing low-end cards, will keep the "Gainward" brand.
