ASRock unveiled its smallest socket LGA1151 motherboard, the Z170 Gaming-ITX/ac. Built in the mini-ITX form-factor, the board is based on Intel's new Z170 Express chipset, and supports 6th generation Core "Skylake" processors, with DDR4 memory support. The board draws power from a combination of 24-pin ATX and 8-pin EPS connectors, and conditions it for the CPU using an 8-phase VRM. The CPU is wired to two standard-size DDR4 DIMM slots, supporting up to 32 GB of dual-channel DDR4 memory; and a PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slot. Connectivity on the Z170 Gaming-ITX/ac appears to include six SATA 6 Gb/s ports, one SATA Express 16 Gb/s, roundup up the storage; two HDMI and one DisplayPort making up the display connectivity; Intel-made gigabit Ethernet and 802.11 ac with Bluetooth 4.0 making up the networking; and 6-channel HD audio.

nice, it's awesome to see Intel NIC on a AsRock "gaming" board, I hope the wireless is Intel AC out of the box :D

It's a well rounded board I think. They included Intel NIC, but "cut" the audio to 6 channels- not really a con for me, since it's not a function I value that much. If I have to note something, I wish they included mSATA or M.2 slot, for those of us who want to skip some cables in the build, but not that big of a deal I guess. Depends on the shopfloor-price.

The 32Gb/s M.2 is on the back of the board from Computex reports. I'd like to link the official page but it seems to be missing at this time. http://asrock.com/mb/index.us.asp?s=1151
